Description
The Beatles With the Beatles mono LP PMC 1206.
This is the First Press version with the "Jobete" Credit for "Money" and "You really gotta hold on me" instead of "You really got a hold of me" on later pressings ,it also has the first Issue blacked Out front photo, half of the faces have no detail at all, it also has the MKT tax code on side one and all other first press attributes.
The Matrix/Stamper numbers are: Side one XEX 447-1N with GH at 3 o'clock and a number 1 with a 0 below it at 9 o'clock.
Side two XEX 448-1N with MH at 3 o'clock and the figure 4 at 3 o'clock
The vinyl is in nice overall condition, it does have some light surface scratches (Not many and nothing heavy at all), I have played it through and it sounds great, there is some unobtrusive light crackle between tracks but I heard no pops or clicks at all and the actual tracks sound lovely, both labels are clean and it certainly hasn't had too much play,this hasn't been cleaned in any way so may sound even better with a pro clean, I will grade it VG+.
It is housed in the original "use Emitex" liner which is in good overall condition except for a couple of tears in the paper(not polythene) towards the centre.
The sleeve is in great condition except for a small (2mm) tear on the opening edge, the spine and edges are practically as new but there is just very light yellowing on the back, it is a very clean sleeve overall and apart from the small tear I will grade it Excellent.
