Description
The Beatles - With the Beatles Parlophone PMC 1206 Mono 1963 2nd press, Black and Yellow labels with Dominion. Belinda publishing credit for Money. Matrix XEX447/8 7N Parlophone Co Ltd and Recording First Published 1963 on the label. Garrod and Lofthouse flipback sleeve.
This is a fantastic copy of this record.
The Record easily grades as M- There are only the very faintest of hairlines on the record, marks from sleeve withdrawal only, no scratches, no scuffs or marks. Almost perfect, one of those copies that was bought and put away in a collection after one or two plays. Needless to say, when the vinyl is in this good a condition the sound quality is fantastic. Bright, clear, no repetetive ticks from scratches, patches of crackle or background noise. The record has not been professionally cleaned. It doesn't look like it needs it.
The labels are fresh, crisp, not dull, with only a couple of faint spindle marks on Side two and only one mark on side one. Labels also easily M-
The sleeve is EX+ Just a couple of slight marks on the laminate, like small crease marks at the bottom edge, a couple close to the spine and one on the cover. The are not at all serious or disturbing marks, I mention them because they are the only slight blemishes that stop the sleeve being M- The non laminated back of the sleeve is really clean, not scuffed or stained, very bright and white still. There is just one slight mark on the laminated flipback at the top of the sleeve. The only areas of any sort of discolouration is where the lamination runs out right at the very edges of the sleeve and the edges of the flipbacks.
