THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORDS 1963-1965
Here are THREE original UK fan-club flexi discs which were mailed out to UK Fan Club members.
1963: 'THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORD' (LYN 492)
1-sided 33 1/3 rpm flexi-disc in a gatefold picture cover incorporating 'National Newsletter No.2'
Condition
Disc: VERY GOOD +
Clean & unworn disc but down graded from EX+ due only to a small crease covering the last 5mm of the playing surface. This produces a repeating 'thump' during George's speech, but it played through on our system. The rest of the disc look and sounds EX+.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A great example.
1964: 'ANOTHER BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORD' (LYN 492)
1-sided 45rpm flexi-disc with picture cover but without newsletter insert.
Condition
Disc: EXCELLENT
Clean & unworn disc with some small blemishes on the label, but no audible faults.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Fully intact with some dried glue staining from manufacture, otherwise very little wear.
1965: 'THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORD' (LYN 948)
1-sided 33 1/3 flexi-disc with picture cover but without newsletter insert.
Condition
Disc: EXCELLENT +
Clean & unworn disc with no audible faults.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Fully intact with some toning and a few small age related marks.
