The Beatles "Yesterday and Today" Capitol T 2553 Mono-LP.
This is a true 1st CDN pressing as evidenced by the Matrix # ' s T1-2553-f35 - f25
Has the correct " Rainbow Label " and the Litho in Canada, bottom left front corner of the cover
Cover should be considered good + only, The front is excellent, but the back has issues as can be seen in the pictures. Somebody tried to erase original owners name.
No " ring wear " front or back
4 nice sharp corners, front slick is still bright and shiny If you look hard,bottom left corner appears to be creased
The vinyl, perfectly without faults. Have to look extremely hard to find the paper wisps - one on each side, approx 1/2 inch long each
Labels are without scratches nor stains / marks
Have other lps, Most are 1st pressings, all in the same condition or better, some still sealed.
As you should know, CDN pressings are not only rarer by the factor of at least 10, but better quality vinyl ( usually, approx 180 grams, no flimsy lps ) and fewer pressings per stamper, all resulting in better sound.
Other Beatles / Rock lps all in same condition being uploaded / auctioned. A few still sealed Beatles original being auctioned.
