Description
The Beatles - Yellow Submarine / Eleanor Rigby
Sparkling novelty song drawing on George Martin's previous experience of producing comedy records by the Goons etc. Shifting gear for the enigmatic, but brilliant, Eleanor Rigby, who kept her face in a jar by the door.Anyway, condition is in VG++ with very slight distortion at peaks, but very nice.
R 5493. Solid centre. 'Sold in UK' text. Matrices are 7XCE-18396-1 and 7XCE-18395-1.
See my other Beatles singles finishing on the same day. Combined postage rates given (see below)
The time has come to start selling my vast vinyl collection built up over many years. I’m going to start with some classic singles but there will be many rare and interesting records so add me to favourite sellers so as not to miss out over the coming weeks and months. As a long time collector I am aware of the importance of grading and tend to be quite strict using the RRPG scale. However, ultimately these things are a bit subjective, so am happy to offer full refund (minus return postage costs) if you disagree with my grading.
Grading in title is listed with vinyl first, sleeve second. If only one grade then the sleeve is plain.
