Description

I am selling various BEATLES LPs (duplicates) from my collection, so please check my other auctions.

 

IN THIS AUCTION: 

 

·       “YELLOW SUBMARINE” by the Beatles  

·       This LP is Apple Records SW 153.

·       The vinyl comes in a Capitol-marked cover.

·       This is a STEREO Pressing.

·       This LP was originally issued in 1969.

·       The Apple pressing in this auction was issued in 1975.

·       The COVER is in STRONG VG CONDITION with some overall wear on the cover and edges. There are a couple of light stains on the top of the cover on both front and reverse sides that appear more noticeable due to the flash than viewing the cover in normal lighting. There is some cracking on the lower part of the spine. No seam splits.

·       The VINYL is NEAR MINT.

·       On the VINYL there is an asterisk (*) in the trail-off vinyl indicating that this record was produced at Capitol Record’s Los Angeles pressing plant. 

·       This LP has APPLE labels with “Mfd. by Apple Records Inc.” printed on both labels. Underneath is the additional printing: “All Rights Reserved. Unauthorized Duplication Is A Violation of Applicable Law.  

·       The Apple labels with the “All Rights Reserved” disclaimer are HARD-TO-FIND Pressings. According to Cox, this label was used ONLY from September to December of 1975 (4 months). Per Cox: “Because Capitol stopped pressing Beatles records with Apple labels at the end of 1975, the “all rights” label style was in use for only a few months and is generally harder to find.”

·       It’s a NICE COPY of this RARE APPLE LABEL PRESSING of this BEATLES LP to add to your vinyl collection.
