Vintage The Beatles Yesterday and Today Vinyl Record

Up for sale is a 1966 Yesterday and Today Album by The Beatles. It looks like it is a second state version of the album with the paste cover. It is still wrapped in it's original plastic and in very good condition. The plastic does have a small rip in it (see pictures). It is about 2.5-3 inches in total length and a very small piece is mising (less than 1/2 sq. inch). As you can see, the record and the sleeve are also in great condition. This is a press #4 (as per the number beside the RIAA marking in the bottom right corner of the back).   As for being a 2nd state Butcher album, I can't tell. Please judge for yourself or if you need any more information to determine, please feel free to ask and I will get you that information. 
EDIT***: I received the following response from another ebay seller around this being a Butcher album or not. I'm posting for your convenience.
Well the normal major way to tell is by looking at the white space to the right of the steamer trunk. If this were a butcher you would see a dark V shape which would be exactly where Ringo's doctor's smock would show through. There is none evident.

But in the case of your particular record there is another factor which pretty much makes the odds of you having one roughly equal to the odds of getting struck by lightning...the number 4 on the bottom right hand side of the back cover denotes the fact that this was a Jacksonville pressing. Unlike the Scanton Pa and Los Angelese pressing factories, Capitol's Jacksonville plant destroyed virtually all of their butchers by taking them to a large dump, scooping out the earth and burying them. There were no Jacksonville pasteovers.

Indeed, only 10-12 Jacksonvile copies exist on Earth and they are, obviously Holy Grail records because they are all first state (meaning no pasteover) and well, Jacksonville copies. The ones that do exist were taken out of the factory by a very small handful of employees. Of the 10-12 copies that do exist..only 3-4 are stereo copies...the rest are mono. A near mint mono would sell these days for about 15-20k. A stereo would fetch roughly 30-40k.

Why do I know this? Because I have the best Jacksonville Stereo butcher in existence.
