Apple label with "MFD. BY APPLE RECORDS, INC." text on the bottom of the label only Side 1.
Label variant, credits to songwriter after every title, "Stereo" at left.
'Recorded in England' is printed at 9 O’clock S2
Jacksonville plant indication number 16 printed next to RIAA on lower right of back cover.
Credits to songwriters printed after every title.
Summary: nice copy of Beatles Yesterday and Today 1971 on Capital/Apple Records. Vinyl retains its gloss, crisp clean audio graded EX. Sleeve remains clean, light handling only.
Sleeve: US cardboard sleeve in great condition, no splits, rips or tears, minimum signs of handling only. All edges, flat and true, no scuffing (yes really), fully readable spine (see photos) graded EX
Label: Classic Apple label which remains clean, no writing, stickers etc, graded Ex
Vinyl: retains a lovely gloss, there is a feint shadow line on S1 (looks like it was happened during manufacturing – certainly doesn’t affect play in any way. Easily graded EX

Audio: Plays through clean, nice clear, crisp sound. No pips, pops, sticks, skips or jumps. Great copy (played on a Project carbon - blue 2M Ortofon) audio graded EX
I have tried to be honest and transparent in my description - the photographs form part of the description. Questions are welcome, don't hesitate to ask. I have been a collector for 47+ years buying and selling records over the years to feed my changing music habits. The few records I sell are either the results of upgrades or duplicates or a bit of thinning every now and again. I strictly adhere to the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide using one + or - as an additional guide:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
