This is the superb 'The Beatles in Stereo' vinyl boxed set remastered in 1972.
I've played a few of the records just once (on properly set up and cared-for equipment) but most are in unplayed, mint condition.
It's all complete with 16 records (14 albums including two doubles) and a fascinating and lavish large-format, 252-page coffee-table book.
I have all the original albums so I don't really *need* this (gorgeous though it is). They were remastered under the supervision of Giles Martin at EMI in 2012 and sound beautiful (check out the reviews on the amazon listing). The book is fabulous, beautifully produced having some very rare and interesting pictures, and great historical detail.
The book has a very minor crease on one corner but everything else is pristine. Photos are of the actual item, any questions please ask.
This set is no longer available so it's quite hard to find at a reasonable price, when new it was £345. This is the description from the amazon listing:
"Manufactured on 180-gram, audiophile quality vinyl with replicated artwork, the 14 albums return to their original glory with details including the poster in The Beatles (The White Album), the Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart Club Band’s cut-outs, and special inner bags for some of the titles. Each album is accompanied by a 252-page hardbound book.
The book, exclusive to the boxed edition, is authored by award-winning radio producer Kevin Howlett and features a dedicated chapter for each of the albums, as well as insight into the creation of the remasters and how the vinyl albums were prepared. The 12”x12” book showcases a wealth of photographs spanning The Beatles’ recording career, including many images which were not included in the 2009 remastered CD booklets.

The box is *very* heavy, weighing over 10kg. It will be carefully packed to avoid damage and sent by eBay Packlink (within the UK), tracked and insured. Local pickup welcome on request.
