Total Shutdown (+The Beatles) "Reflections"
This is a 12" EP by the Punk band named "Total Shutdown". It is a US vinyl pressing on Thin The Herd Records #10 from 2001. It is a Red Vinyl One-Sided 12" EP that has two separate and complete grooves. The back side of the disk has white drawings of kids and ghosts, with no grooves. The front cover is an insert that folds under the bottom and folds part way up on the back. The front shows four guys with scribbles on their faces, a toilet, and a computer room (the scribbles are part of the artwork). The back flap lists the band members, their instruments, Studios, cover art, and song titles. There is also a small copy of the lyrics attached inside the bottom flap. All of it comes in a clear plastic sleeve. The label is Thin The Herd Records from Olympia, Washington.
There is no clue that their are Beatles songs hidden in the pressing. You had to play it to hear it !!
What you hear depends on where you put the needle. One groove has six Punk songs by Total Shutdown. The other groove has five complete songs by The Beatles. They are actual studio songs by The Beatles !!! How did they get away with this ??? And why wasn't this listed in the Perry Cox and Frank Daniels Beatles Price Guide ?
The six songs by Total Shutdown are : Intro-One, Top Gun, Fighting Witches, Four, Slaughterneck, and Three.
The five songs by The Beatles are : Love Me Do, Please Please Me, From Me To You, She Loves You, and All My Loving.
Overall Condition is : Cover Insert is M- / Record is M-
The cover insert is mint minus with no writing. The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint.

I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut composite cardboard. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces
The winner has to pay for the postage. It will be shipped by Media mail to a US winner. I will print postage through Ebay and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number. International winners will get shipping through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday). This is from a no smoking and no pets home. I do not accept returns.
