Description
For sale is this just peeled by myself earlier today , an original authentic #2 east coast 3rd State Stereo Butcher Cover of the album ‘Yesterday and Today’ issued in June of 1966 in The United States. The stereo covers are 5 times Rarer than the mono covers & are more difficult to peel because of the stronger glue used at the factory. The peel came out in excellent condition with a few touch ups on the edges. The cover has a 1/4" seam split on the top right corner & all the printing is on the spine. There is a bit of corner tip wear on the two right corners. The matching stereo record is in hardly been played excellent condition. Also included is the original 1966 goldenrod company inner sleeve in great shape & a copy of the Capitol Records recall letter. This peeled Butcher Cover is featured on my latest YouTube video short on my ‘MR Stickermania’ channel before the peel. The last three pictures are of the peeling process.
