Description
The Beatles ‘Please Please Me’ Vinyl Record LP MONO early 3rd Press
This is a true 3rd Press that belonged to my Grandmother from 1963.
Outer Sleeve: The outer sleeve is in fair condition with no rips and only some wear to the corners. The covers are Ernest J.Day & Co front laminated covers with the print on the back of the cover on the bottom right. Photo credit for the front cover “Photo Angus McBean” is printed in the lower right corner
Record: The record itself sounds fairly good with few scuffs and no skips but plenty of background crackles. The label has the yellow & black print for “Parlophone” and “The Parlophone Co. Ltd” printed at the start perimeter print. The label does not have “Recording first published 1963” or “Sold in the U.K” statements
