The Beatles-Introducing…The Beatles Vee Jay Records, Oval Rainbow label, Mono , 1964

Introducing…The Beatles is the most forged albums ever. I believe this album to be genuine and will give a full description below.

Album does not have original sleeve. Replaced with high Quality Anti-Static Record Sleeve.

Album jacket has some writing on back top left corner and on back bottom right corner, also has 3 inch seam split on bottom. Please see photos. Jacket is also sleeved in 3 Mil plastic.

Side 1 & 2- has minor scratches and scuffs, has some surface noise and pops. Still very enjoyable to listen to. Does not contain any scratch that made the stylus skip. Played full album skip free.

Thank you for looking and happy bidding!

Full title printed on the front cover: "Introducing... The Beatles Englands No.1 Vocal Group".

Label catalog number printed on the front cover: "LP 1062".

Label catalog number printed on the back cover: "VJLP 1062".

Label catalog number printed on the labels: "VJLP 1062"

Distinguishing characteristics:

Jacket:

- Shadow behind George Harrison on front cover;

- Track List printed in two columns on back cover;

- "Please, Please Me" printed with comma on back cover;

- Semi-gloss finish on both sides.

Labels:

- Large red oval encompassing the words Vee Jay separated by a G Clef;

- Rainbow-colored ring encircles the perimeter;

- "INTRODUCING the BEATLES" printed centered below Vee Jay emblem

- "THE BEATLES" printed centered below album title but above record center hole.

- Deep groove inner ring circling most of the letters except part of the last track details on each side.

Runouts are hand-etched. Variant 2, side A runout: the "o" is incomplete and doesn't make a full circle.

Track B3 ("Do You Want to Know a Secret?") does not have a question mark at the end of the title on the label.

Will combine shipping, please see other postings. Up to 3 albums.

Thank you for looking.
