The Beatles. Let it Be boxset.Apple PXS 1.Released 1970.Ultimate Beatles rarity.Complete
Outer sleeve/box:intact but tatty around the edges.There is a small piece of the front box missing(top left hand corner,see photo).No writing
Inner tray:tatty but still intact.Has a few small tears
Book.Some slight laminate creasing to front cover,otherwise excellent.In beautiful shape
Record cover:slight laminate creasing and wear to edges.A strong VG+.Comes with first issue red apple on rear sleeve
Record:STEREO PCS 7096 with first pressing YEX 773-2U 774-2U STAMPERS.The record has been played many times and has a number of surface marks.It plays ok but with surface noise and a small skip on `I`ve got a feeling`.I can only grade the record FAIR+
Labels:slight spindlewear but otherwise clean.VG++
On sale here is the ultra rare Let it Be boxset.This did not sell in huge numbers as it was prohibitively expensive.Most people bought the later issue lp without the boxset.Most of the boxsets that survive are in very poor or incomplete condition.This is a good starter copy that is tatty but complete.Excellent copies of this frequently sell for £1000+.
