Description
“The Best of Elvis” 10inch LP from 1957 on the His Masters Voice Label. This is a really nice example. Most of these LPs have not stood the test of time and often show up ripped or even with chunks missing. I am going to try to be as accurate as possible in my description. Starting with the sleeve the colours are still very bright and shiny. It has been stored away from sunlight so still very vibrant. However a small part of laminate has peeled of from the opening on the front cover which can be seen in the picture plus there is an approx 2cms opening on the bottom right hand opening. Otherwise the sleeve is beautiful for an almost 50 year old record. I’m going to be conservative and grade this one as Excellent. The record itself has beautiful labels and the vinyl is still bright and shinny but is does have paper scuffs but no deep scratches. It plays very well. I also have up for auction a stunning copy of Elvis Rock n Roll No 2 on the HMV label. Good Luck..
