This is a sealed copy of Jackie Opel's 1970 album The Best Of Jackie Opel on Studio One Records (SOL 9020), imported and distributed by Coxon's Music City, NY. Jackie Opel (real name Dalton Sinclair Bishop) was born in Barbados. He was discovered by Byron Lee of the Dragonaires, who brought him to Jamaica in the early 1960s. Sadly, opel died in a car crash in 1970. This compilation was released the same year and features some of Jackie Opel's single hits, including "Hairy Mango" and "time To Cry" on which he is backed by Bob Marley and Peter Tosh, both then with the Wailers.
