Half speed remastered audiophile copy of the Carpenters "The singles 1969-1973" on the Canadian A&M records. SPJ-3601.

It gets a lot harder to find some of the vintage audiophile albums. This is the one of them. Don't miss an opportunity to add this nice copy pressed on the high quality anti-static vinyl to your collection.

Condition (visual grading) cover/record: VG+/EX

The jacket show normal wear for its age and don't have any major defects.

The record looks very clean and shiny. It has a light surface scratch on the side one on the tracks 1-3 (last 2 pictures). It seems to be completely inaudible. Please, see all pictures for details.

This record was play tested. The first track on the side one has a slight cracking noise and cannot be graded any higher than VG+(good possibility of improvement with the deep ultrasonic cleaning, sorry don't have the machine available at this moment). The rest of the side one and the side two sounds fantastic. Crisp and clean EX~NM. Play tested on the Sony PSX 500 with audiotechnica AT- 95 cartridge and stylus.

Comes with the protective outer sleeve.

Grades explanation applicable for this listing:

?Excellent (EX)

Better than VG+, but notch away from NM

Very Good Plus (VG+)

Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.

Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount.
