Description
A chance to purchase a very rare record indeed. This record came before their version of Were In This Thing Together and is in Excellent condition. The cat No is 3710 on UK CBS from 1967. The official A side is Ever Since which is a Billy Vera/ Chip Taylor song in the Stax Mould. that was recorded by Billy Vera and Judy Clay but it is the B side (which in my opinion should have been the A side) which is the more commercial side .Come On is a Fast Paced String Laden Ballad with femail vocal and some background vocals which certainly grows on you with each play. The vocals remind me of a young Timi Yuro but higher in tone. In fact the record has the same quality and feel of the famous Timi Yuros Itll Never Be Over For Me. I believe that this record could be great and very much in demand at the clubs.Especially as it is so rare. I have searched other Web Sites and have found no copies for sale on the Major sites. There is one copy for sale at an undisclosed price however on one Web Site. This record is in excellent condition with very little background crackle or surface scratches. The label is as new both sides this is a great record. The photos when transmitted to e-bay were perfect but sometimes become blurred upon transmission. I can assure you the condition of the record is as stated.
