Description
The Cascades. Rhythm of The Rain. Warner Brother Records(P 8150W). 1971. Japanese Import.
A smash hit in 1963 "Rhythm of The Rain" was featured in The Who's "Quadrophenia" very effectively as the lyrics are sung by a man whose lover has left him; the rain falling reminds him 'what a fool' he has been. He rhetorically asks the rain for answers, but ultimately he wishes it would 'go away' and let him cry alone.
Conditions: Cover 9 or NM- medium gloss cover with Obi strip, original inner lyric sheet, Obi is a little creased in back, discolorization on back/Record 9 or NM- black and shiny.
