I have been cleaning out some of my music collection, and now I'm auctioning off a gem...this is a vinyl copy of the Cathedrals' 1989 release "I've Just Started Living" that has been signed by all five members pictured on the front. This was one of the very last Cathedrals' albums to be released on vinyl, and it marked the return of pianist Roger Bennett, after a two year absence. A very popular LP, it actually won the 1989 Singing News Fan Award for favorite album of the year. These are hard to come by in any form, but try to find one that has been signed...they are few and far between. As it shows in the photos, this album has been signed by George Younce, Glen Payne, Mark Trammell, Danny Funderburk, and Roger Bennett. I obtained all the signatures myself in 1990, and I guarantee they are authentic. As far as the condition goes, the vinyl itself has been played one time, I bought this record strictly for collectors' purposes. The jacket has a small bit of ring wear at the top on both the front and back, but other than that, it's in very good condition. Obviously, it is impossible to get these signatures now, but if you are a diehard Cathedrals fan, or if you love classic quartet music, this is a chance you will not have again for quite some time, most people would not sell and item like this, but since I have many more autographed albums by the Cathedrals, I can afford to part with this one.
