The Charlatans: Some Friendly LP (SITU 30)
Much rarer UK first press, complete with the limited edition white PVC outer sleeve. A great example in lovely condition (Deadwax details: SITU 30 A1/B1).
This is from my personal collection and was bought from Our Price the day it was released. It has been well looked after all these years and will be supplied in a plastic sleeve protector in which it has been kept. Spine is nice and still readable as you can see in the pictures. Very minimal wear and tear to the edges.
It is all in excellent condition and the vinyl looks great and plays through beautifully with no skipping or jumping. I've scrutinised it under a very bright spotlight and it only shows the light hairlines that are caused by removing it in and out of the sleeves.
It has been cleaned in my record machine with the award winning L'Art du Son cleaning liquid and test played and now is ready for someone else to enjoy. Sounds awesome still and only very minimal warm surface crackle on the run ins. No annoying loud clicks or pops only the lovely quiet vinyl crackle when there is silence. Songs sound great with no distortion or distracting noises. Tested on a Project Debut Carbon with an Ortofon 2M Blue Stylus.
