Description
This is a vinyl LP by a late1960s pop/rock band. Most interestingly, Carole King, who went on to become a superstar of the 1970s, was one of the 3 members. The other 2 members, Danny Kortchmar (Kootch), and Charles Larkey, both had success also playing with James Taylor, Jackson Browne, Carole and several others.
This LP sounds nothing like Carole's subsequent releases. It seems to have been an attempt to go with a pop/rock sound. This LP was basically unknown until Ms. King became a huge star with her "Tapestry" release. In fact, I was totally unaware of the album until Tapestry became one of the best-selling records of all-time. I accidentally came across this LP in the bargain bin of a record store when I noticed Carole's face on the cover. I picked it up for a couple of bucks and went my merry way. I have owned this record since that time (early 1972).
The cover is in at least VG Plus condition. The vinyl LP is also VG Plus.
