Description

You are looking at an original UK first pressing of this seminal double LP from one of the most influential bands of all time.

This original UK first issue is renowned amongst collectors for the quality, clarity and volume of the pressing.

CRITICALLY, THESE FIRST PRESSINGS CAME WITH A LABEL 4 ERROR WHERE ONLY FOUR OF THE FIVE TRACKS ARE LISTED. "TRAIN IN VAIN" IS MISSING AND APPEARS AS A CORRECTION ETCHED IN THE DEAD WAX.

Matrix numbers and markings

Side 1 1-2-A1 CBS-S-CLASH*3A timtom

Side 2 CL-1-2-B1 CBS-S-CLASH*3B timtom C

Side 3 CL.3.4.A2 CBS-S-CLASH 3 - C2 timtom F

Side 4 CL.3.4.B2 CBS-S-CLASH 3 - D2 timtom TRAIN IN VAIN IS TRACK 5

Complete with lyric inners, the vinyl is Ex. I would rate as NM for 3 sides but side 2 has a small visible scuff. This can be heard as a pop during silence, but does not affect any of the playing of the music. I have taken pics of the scuff.

Vinyl has lovely gloss, and labels are mint except for a slight scuff on side 4 see pic.

Covers are EX for a 36 year old LP. Slight ring wear, and slight edge wear. Again see pics for details.

This LP is from my private collection, and has been well looked after and only played on top quality hifi equipment.

I will ship worldwide for £13.

Ours is a smoke and pet free home, any questions feel free to ask.
