Record is in EX condition ( I see one surface line to really speak of there are pressing flaws but remember the nature of the pressing)

Cover is in EX condition ( cover has two pieces of paper pasted on Blue sticker effect on the one piece to signify color of vinyl numbered 138 of 1000)

Ultra rare! From my research even though it says it came with a 7in none was ever put in a copy
