Description
CBS Records cat. no: S CBS 82000
I do not supply track listings as these can easily be found elsewhere.
This disc plays well but with a little surface noise; visually, there are no obvious blemishes.
The sleeve is in good condition, with just some slight scuff marks from storage. There is some very slight embossing (ring marks) from the disc on the front; the spine is in good condition, with just one slight mark over 'The Clash'. There is some slight damage around the spindle hole on the 'B' side, but this looks like it was from manufacture.
The inner sleeve is complete with the NME sticker that could be sent off to get a disc of an interview. THESE ARE INCREDIBLY RARE. The sticker itself is creased, but has never been removed; I have owned this album from new, so I can vouch for this. I never read the NME so I didn't know about the offer, but it's not the sort of thing that would interest me anyway.
Disclaimer: every effort has been made to assess the condition of this vinyl record (and where appropriate it’s sleeve) fairly. However, any such assessment is very subjective and, as vinyl enthusiasts will know, the audibility and intrusiveness of surface noise in the form of clicks and pops is dependent on the equipment the disc is played on.
Records will be sent in strong, re-inforced mailers (not thin cardboard envelopes) with an additional stiffener when necessary (always for single discs); if the final auction value exceeds £20 for all purchases made at any one time the buyer will be offered the opportunity to increase the insurance value. THIS WILL BE THE CASE WITH THIS ITEM (eBay doesn't allow the display of postage rates high enough to cover loss or damage of high value items - go figure). If buying more than one disc at a time I will always try to combine the postage; to avoid confusion, please ask for a final total when all the items you are bidding on finish their auctions, or let me know you are bidding on different items. If you want a quote for international shipping, please email.
