The Clash - (White Man) In Hammersmith Palais / The Prisoner - S CBS 7383 - 1978.
7" Single Record - Label and sleeve both signed by Joe Strummer.
A rare chance to snap up this highly collectable signed record.
Provenance.
I can provide a letter of authentication giving details of how Joe Strummer signed this for me when I met and interviewed him in Nottingham in 1978. It has been in my possession ever since and has been well cared for over the years.
Condition.
I recently played both sides of this disc for the first time in many years. Both sides played without problems and with no loss of sound quality. Would grade both sides as VG+.
Other stuff.
I have had a recent valuation for this from a local auction house, Bamfords of Derby, and they said they would expect it to for between £150 - £250 at one of their auctions.
