The Clown, Charles Mingus. Atlantic, 1260, mono, 1957 (1st press).
Condition: Record = VG
Jacket = VG (tight seams, but noticeable wear and slight chipping on the back)
Very playable copy of a hard to find record.
These LP’s are from my personal collection and have been well maintained. These LP’s have been graded visually and play graded using the following grading system:
NM = new or like new, virtually free of visual and sound imperfections
VG+ = a record and jacket that show some minor scuffing or light wear; sound is still great although there may be an infrequent light click
VG = a record and sleeve that show visible wear; record still sounds good, but some light hiss or occasional clicks and pops may be present
G = a seriously flawed record and sleeve; only put up for auction because of extreme scarcity; record will play through, but sound quality is diminished considerably
