Of The People/By The People/For The People (Original) by The Common People,1969 Capitol Records ST-266 - On Vinyl. Very Rare!
Up for auction is Of The People/By The People/For the People by The Commom People, the bands 1969 LP. This is a very rare recording. The vinyl looks vg but plays in Vg+ ( the last track on side 2 is vg) condition with some occasional light surface noise. The vinyl is playtested, and it played loud with proper dynamics. This is a good psych lp with some good song writing. Jacket is also in vg(-) to good(+) condition, with about 3 inches of water damage to the back bottom of the jacket. The water has caused the back of the jacket to warp. The jacket has a 1/2 inch tear where the record slips in, about an inch from the bottom on the back. There is also a punch hole, bottom left when looking at the front cover.The spine is very readable and the jacket looks very good from the front with no splits to the seams.
