THE BOX ITSELF IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. THERE IS SOME VERY LIGHT WEAR ON THE FRONT, BUT THIS STILL GRADES AS "NEAR MINT" IN OUR OPINION. INCLUDES A BOOKLET.
