Description

The Congos Heart of the Congos - Double album

Heart of the Congos is a roots reggae album by The Congos, produced by Lee "Scratch" Perry at his Black Ark studio with a studio band including Boris Gardiner on bass and Ernest Ranglin on guitar. It is noted as being one of Perry's masterpiece productions of the Black Ark era. The BBC called this the best roots album of all time. Issued as a double album in 1996 and in very good condition. Only notes on sleeve condition shown on pictures - minor wear.

Issued on double LP chimes with depth, warmth and clarity. A rare album hard to find these days in this format.

Selling as I've no longer a turntable.

Will be sent secure in Royal Mail "Pack it" card shipment.

Thanks for looking.
