The Cramps PSYCHEDELIC JUNGLE lp N MINT shrink signed?

The Cramps PSYCHEDELIC JUNGLE on vinyl lp. I. R. S. Records SP 70016. Stereo. Still in the shrink wrap.  Signed?
 
Visual & play graded condition:  Visually, the vinyl is shiny & glossy and looks in like new condition. I'd grade it MINT-. I have played this lp and it plays beautifully, extremely clean, I'd rate it MINT/NEAR MINT; it is even quiet between the tracks. An excellent copy of this record.

The jacket is NM- still in the shrink wrap; but this lp seems to have been re-shrink wrapped. 

First, the shrink is very loose and second, there is a signature on the back cover under the shrink. As you can see in the 3rd photo, there is a signature in black sharpie: "Poison Ivy, KNIF!". I have no idea if this is the authentic signature of the Cramps guitarist Poison Ivy. I have posted a close-up photo for all to view since I cannot authenticate this signature myself. The jacket has no seam splits. There is no bar code label on the back. Vinyl inscription in the trail off on Side 1 is "Elvis Was Murdered".

The record comes in an orange inner sleeve which is also in excellent condition. There is also an insert included, a Cramps merchandise order form from 1981 (tee shirts, pins, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: There is an eBay glitch at the top of this listing where it states "Item Condition: Acceptable". This item is in better than acceptable condition, it is in excellent condition. However, when I tried to revise this pre-filled info mistake, I discovered that sellers cannot change the pre-filled item condition info for a vinyl lp. There is no scroll down option for item condition in the pre-filled info for the Music: Records category (though there is that option for the Music: CD category.) I have spoken with eBay support and they acknowledge that this is a systemic eBay default problem.  So, eBay support is aware of this technical problem and they are working to correct it, but for now, please note that this lp is in excellent (better than acceptable) condition.  Thanks.
