Description

I wonder how many people Tommy Allsup showed how to play the guitar break on it's so easy?  I had known him since 1966 when I played with Willie Redden and Terry Church at Tommy's studio in west Texas and  dozens more over the years and somebody was always asking him how to play it.  A few years back at one of he Dallas Guitar Shows he was demonstrating a new guitar on the market and at least a dozen people stopped by and "Yep, you guessed it" - how do you play the solo on "It's So Easy"?  But gentlemen that he was he never failed to show them.  I sure do miss him.
