Description

RARE PUNK SINGLE FROM THE CUBAN HEELS

The Cuban Heels (from the Glasgow area) were an offshoot from Johnny & the Self-Abusers, the remaining members of J&TS-A forming Simple Minds.

This single was the only release from the Cuban Heels (1978), with the a-side being a punk cover of the Petula Clark hit Downtown. Their other claim to fame was playing a pub band in the classic BBC Scotland programme Just a Boy's Game.

Released on Housewive's Choice (JY1), the picture sleeve is in average condition, whilst the vinyl is in excellent condition (see photographs).

A rarity which will interest serious collectors of Punk singles
