Description

Go deep with The Cure with this amazing 7" vinyl single featuring the Easy Cure demos! These songs were recorded when the Cure were a 4 piece with RS, Lol, Michael Dempsey and Porl Thompson- who would return for the golden years from the Top through Wish. The songs featured here are Meathook, Pillbox Tales (mis-listed as Listen), Need Myself & I Want To Be Old. This was made in the UK and has a blank label with a Made in the UK sticker on one side. If you've never heard these demos, they're a great view into the eraly world of the Easy Cure- equal parts Roxy Music and Buzzcocks, this is a very young band having fun. Who knew they'd eventually morph into the goth juggernaut they became? Great songs & a very collectible format.
