Description
The Cure – Standing On A Beach - The Singles (Original Greek, Gatefold Cover)
Visual: Record from private collection, shows regular light signs of use like paper-scuffs caused by vinyl discharge from sleeve, hairlines and a couple of minor scratches that do not affect the sound quality in any way. Clean labels and shine surface area as pictured.
Audio: Vinyl plays excellent all the way through with no audio problems. Minor surface noise (normal static crackle or slight “ticks & pops”) audible – but not annoying – between the tracks mainly or on low passes. Normal for a used LP…
Cover: Gatefold cover is excellently preserved, shows minor/insignificant signs of use like minor edge/corner wear as pictured. No serious flaws/defects. Excellent condition, close to near mint!
Contents: Includes original printed inner sleeve with credits in excellent condition (shows only some fingerprints) as pictured. *Record comes separately from the original inner sleeve in other new generic plain gelatin inner for safety.
Notes: *Extremely rare, Original, first Greek pressing, with gatefold cover, (“Made in Greece”) on red Polydor labels. Polygram logo on back sleeve at the bottom with one line of address. Out of print, very hard to find nowadays a complete copy in decent/excellent condition 35 years since release. Limited number of copies released back in the days to cover the small local market only.
