Description

The Curtis Liggins Indications "Funky Monkey Right On" b/w "What It Is?" on Kaycee-Soul 102.  Exceedingly rare and in-demand uptempo northern/funk out of Kansas City, Missouri.  Curtis Liggins was killed in a car accident in 1972, making this his only "release," albeit one that only handed out at shows by the band.  This is a NM deadstock copy, only played once as far as I know.  The recording below is directly from this record.  Buyer pays shipping, insurance required.  Please see my other auctions for more soul and jazz.    Click to hear it
