Description
The DOORS TWO KOREA PRESS LP The Doors (Elektra – 7559-74007 [1993])
+ L.A. Woman (Elektra – 7559-75011 [1993])
(2 albums sold as a lot. These are the late reissues, which are reasonably rare as they seem to have been pressed in low numbers. Both albums, in the last set of vinyl releases by major labels in Korea ... released on CD the same year.)
Record Grade: Doors LP = around (VG+ to) EX-
(Clean over-all and actually no spindle marks, would be EX [or better] but there's a patch of light scuffing on one side and a tiny white speck of dust which seems to be pressed in the vinyl on track 5 Side 1.)
L.A. Woman = around VG+ to EX- (Again, no spindle marks and like the album above it looks clean under regular light however there's some light scuffs and very light scratches that come up under very strong light.)
Cover Grade: Doors Cov = EX- to EX
(Pretty clean ... just some little corner dings and a bit of a touch of very light shelf wear - otherwise clean. Korean language insert is very clean.)
L.A Woman Cov = EX- to EX
(Pretty clean ... just some tiny corner dings and a bit of a touch of very light shelf wear - otherwise clean. Korean language insert is very clean. Bit of an extremely mild bend to the back.)
(neither cover has spine wear, stickers, or anything like that)
FREE SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA (registered post on $20+ items)
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of these costs before bidding. (International Postage terms: see below) Posted with vinyl outside of sleeve to prevent sleeve splits in transit. Packed in solid cardboard. Japanese pressings are usually heavier packages.
IMPORTANT: All records graded carefully under strong light.
I have a long standing good reputation for grading and I use
the UK grading system which includes EX grades. I am used to
strict Japanese grading standards. If a disc is graded EX you
will not receive something that should be VG+. On the off chance
that happens, please contact me and I will sort it out.
International Postage to North East Asia and NZ only:
These discs are generally aimed at Australian buyers,
but I have a lot of experience posting internationally.
International postage on these initial listings will be an $ AU 30 flat rate .
(I'll cover the difference, including tracking etc., and if actual postage
does happen to come in lower I'll refund the difference back.)
If you would like to combine international postage on multiple items
please wait for an invoice.
NOTE: I am going to be selling my own collection of clean
Japanese pressings with obi's and other discs this year.
Inc. a lot of punk WL Promo LPs + Blue Note jazz + Aussie bands
I have 10 DJ cases, but I have issues with storage because my
wife and I have been relocating between Australia and Korea.
Vinyl is visually graded only. My sound system is still in storage in
another city.
Grading note: Very clean near mint records may sometimes have tiny
specks of dust or very small ultra thin fabric strands (which can sometimes
be mistaken for marks) on the vinyl, which come from the inside of
inner sleeves. Both of these will likely be removed by the stylus on first play.
If I can, I send items out in anti-static inner sleeves to try to minimize
this.
