On sale here is the 4th long player from The Doors excellent run of great albums. It used to be my least favourite back in the day but now it's in my top four. This is the original gold Elektra manufactured in Australia by Astor records with it's flimsy gatefold that is impossible to find in reasonable condition. Fortunately this one is pretty tidy, considering?
DISC EX- plays superb
LABEL: EX
GATEFOLD COVER: VG++ some storage wear but not too shabby. A few minor creases and brownish cellotape marks to top and bottom seams. 2cm bottom spine/gatefold split and wear to spine. Overall one of the best of this cover I have seen in the last 20 years. I
GRADING EXPLANATIONS
All gradings are strict and generally visual although I may partially play test select items.
M- Archive copy. Gleaming Superb!
EX very clean and in beautiful carefully used condition. Hard to better and a keeper..., no need to upgrade!
VG obvious signs of moderate use. Will have scuffs/hairlines but nothing ugly. Possible audible background noise inc some pops etc.
G heavy use, audible background noise for sure. Won't be pretty but still worthwhile due to rarity etc.
A plus or minus indicates a bias to the next level.
