Description

The Damned - New Rose - Stiff Records Promo Label Copy BUY6 - Released November 1976.

Second issue of the classic 45 released a couple of weeks after the 1st issue that was released on the 22nd October 1976.

This issue was jointly distributed by UA and possibly EMI (hence the added Rock Music Co credit) - I actually got this from a former employee of U/A.

This copy has had two promo stickers attached from the Stiff Office but as you can see one has been removed.

Condition:

Vinyl = EX overall, New Rose is EX / Help VG+.

Delga Sleeve = EX ringwear but no tears or splits - notoriously thin sleeve.

Matrix Stamps = BUY6A1U / BUY6B1U - first variant, first off the press.

Usual Bilbo, Record, Beatles and Boppa etchings.

Great punk collectable. Proper rare.

**Other Damned for sale and will have a Belgium Don't Cry Wolf / One Way Love yellow vinyl/pc for sale shortly**

UK only auction, special delivery post.
