Description
The Darcus Sisters-There's Been A Change (Sunrise Recordings 197?). Rare original copy of this powerful deep soul gospel album out of Virginia featuring the raw and real soul vocals of the Darcus Sisters with some dusty organ and distant bongos on the side. Check out the clip link below. Not sure of the release date but these real deal soulful sounds are timeless. The record plays solid overall with some scattered ticks, clicks, and crackle but the mesmerizing lo fi small room one mic sound comes through strong. The vinyl is a VG- with scuffs, marks, some non-feelable scratches, groove wear, pressing dimples, and a light storage warp that tracks fine. The labels are sharp with mild wear. The cover is VG- with heavy corner and edge wear, seam and spine wear, brown stains on the back, grime, creases, bends, ring wear, a one and a half inch top seam split and a quarter inch bottom seam split, and overall wear. The cool front cover visual and back cover photo still display strong.
