Bucky Fellini is the third studio album by The Dead Milkmen released by Enigma Records in 1987. Critics and fans all agree that this is the band's best release and the point where The Dead Milkmen proved that they weren't just a passing comedy band and showed just how good they really are. The songs on Bucky Fellini are impressively tighter and produced in a much more serious way without losing their classic Milkmen touch nor a bit of their comic and satirical edge.
Ironically, this album produced a very successful hit single, "Instant Club Hit (You'll Dance to Anything)" which was a direct spoof on the type of song that would actually become a very successful hit in 1987. With this, The Dead Milkmen proved their point in the best way possible. Bucky Fellini is The Dead Milkmen in their prime and at their very best!
