Record is VG to VG++:  Side 2 track 2 has some subtle yet audible surface noise.  Record otherwise plays through without skipping and sounds incredible!!!!

Cover is VG+:  Corner and seam wear including 1/2-1" splits on top and bottom seam.  Look at pictures.  Generic Inner sleeve!! Original inner sleeve is not included!!
