For sale is a very rare Pressing of storm warning by dick Morrissey
This is an extremely rare first Pressing on mercury records
The cover - as pictures show, there are a few light marks to the back cover. There is a small amount of light staining at the bottom and a mark to the right edge. Other than this there is some light ageing but all very clean and presentable at the back. The spine is immaculate. front cover is extremely clean and presentable. A couple of minuscule touches of wear to the bottom edge but there are extremely nominal and the top right corner has a small amount of rubbing. Overall the cover is fantastic for its age.
The record does have some light wear to both sides and when inspected under strong light there is surface wear to both sides. It's all very light and superficial apart from one small mark on track two on side one that measures about 4mm this can barely be felt but causes no Audio issues at all and would come under a vg/vg+ grading but would edge more towards the latter.
The record has been tested from start to finish and plays brilliantly. The sound is clear and crisp with the occasional very quiet background noise being picked up but I would definitely grade the audio as excellent without any hesitation.
Labels are clean and presentable with very nominal spindle wear.
This is a rare opportunity to purchase this record and is reluctantly up for sale due to car issues.
