Description
The Dixie Cups-Chapel of Love LP (Mono), 1964 Red Bird EXCELLENT!
Chapel of Love is the debut studio album by the New Orleans pop girl group The Dixie Cups. The album was produced by Jerry Leiber, Mike Stoller, Jeff Barry and Ellie Greenwich.
It includes 11 tracks and was first released on Red Bird Recordsin August 1964. It was available in both mono and stereo, catalogue numbers RB 20-100 and RBS 20-100.
This entire classic 1960's vocal pop album by The Dixie Cups is a solid, great sounding EXCELLENT condition.
The heavy duty mono vinyl is clean and sounds really crisp (there are some intermittent areas of light crackles, mostly at the beginning of both sides and then some between tracks (not that far from NEAR MINT, IMHO!)
The cardboard cover is also in a solid EXCELLENT, with some visible edge wear and the beginnings of some ring wear.
This is a VERY NICE copy! 😎👍
