Description
Here’s a high grade copy of the Doors first album! This is an original pressing on the Elektra label, number EKS-74007, stereo. The cover is still in the shrinkwrap, and the vinyl grades a very nice clean Near Mint Minus. This is a West Coast Pressing from the Monarch plant (MR in a circle in the trailoff). It’s also an early pressing, indicated by there being no “gold record award” stamp on the front cover. There’s an old Sears price tag adhered to the shrinkwrap. The original Elektra inner sleeve is included as well. There is some residue on the INSIDE of the jacket from some old scotch tape that fell off long ago. Thankfully there’s none on the outside of the jacket itself. This album is in exceptional shape… copies of this album attended a lot of parties back in the 1960s and they often show up thrashed.
