Description
The Doors L. A. Woman (LA woman) First Pressing Vinyl Album LP. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
This is the 1976 release of the album with square cornered jacket. The vinyl is an A1 / B1 pressing.
Vinyl:
The vinyl is in really lovely condition. There are the usual hairline, wispy surface marks but very few indeed. Side 1 tracks 1 and 3 have small marks on them but I have play tested these several times over and can not hear anything at all and the stylus tracks through them perfectly with no hops, skips or jumps. Throughout the album, other than the odd tick here and there it plays beautifully.
Jacket:
The jacket does show some signs of wear. The spine is near perfect with just a couple of small creases. Both sides have some surface wear and a little ring wear at the top on the front. The top and bottom edges have some shelf wear but are solid. All in all I think it’s pretty good.
Inner Sleeves:
The original generic paper sleeve has been replaced with a brand new anti static sleeve due to damage caused by age.

Matrix Numbers:
I believe the vinyl to be pressed with the first original UK master, based on the matrix numbers. Please feel free to do your own research.

Packaging:
All records are packed in brand new ‘spincare’ anti static inner sleeves and original printed sleeves and extra inserts (where available) are included. Jackets are packed in ‘spincare’ polythene UV resistant protective outer sleeves. Vinyl and jacket will be separated by a stiff cardboard layer to protect against indentations and ring wear during transit. All possible precautions will be taken to ensure your record arrives in the condition advertised.
Grading:
I don’t provide a record collector grading as this is so subjective and differs greatly from collector to collector. Instead, I give a fully detailed, frank and honest description backed up by clear photos so that you can grade the record yourself, according to your own requirements. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have.
Postage:
I use Royal Mail second class in order to keep the delivery cost down for the buyer. I add on 30p to cover the cost of protective sleeves and packaging.
