Description
For sale is this copy of The Doors L.A. Woman Lp, the white label radio station version. Cover and yellow cellophane are not in the greatest shape, but still presentable. The yellow inside sleeve is missing a piece at the top. The record has slight scratches throughout, and what appears to be a indentation from being shot with a BB gun(?). It is on the track "L.A. Woman", and on the reverse side "Riders On The Storm". The record was tested with a Garrard Type A Mk2 turntable using a Shure M-7 cartridge tracking at 3 grams. Slight pops are heard throughout, but nothing loud or annoying. I did not try playing "L.A. Woman" where the indentation is, but I did play through "Riders On The Storm", where there was a low level thump heard for about 40 seconds where the bad spot is, but it didn't hang up or skip. There were no hangups or skips anywhere else either. I cannot guarantee the same results with your turntable. Sold as is.
