Description
Here is an original copy of LA Woman by The Doors on a USA Elektra EKS-75011 vinyl LP pressing. The original window jacket is a pro near mint minus. The window is in complete tact with only a slight left hand pull back that is permanent. I did not want to force it into place and it is so small it is negligible. There are NO creases on the jacket which in itself is very hard to come by!!! There is a small white spot on the rear left center area from manufacture and the smallest hint of wear in reflection on the front bottom center, common on even new copies. This jacket still looks like new, no ring wear, splits, cuts, holes. Notches, rips or tears. The original yellow inner sleeve is included with No splits and is perfect!!
The LP is in a separate sleeve to preserve the original. The LP is a pro VG+ play grade. There is a slight scrape mark on side one track one but it does not make rotational sounds, only slight crackle. There are other spots on the record that sound the same that look perfect. This record plays all the way through VG+ with TERRIFIC sound and most of the crackle is between a couple of tracks. I thoroughly enjoyed the play grade session, whatever slight crackle was there the music overpowered it. These pressings were never dead quiet as new. No loud explosive pops or anything ridiculous like that. You will think it is better than described!!
This was the Doors swansong as they would lose Jim within days of recording this album, he would take off to Paris, never to return. Contains the classic title cut, Riders On The Storm and Love Her Madly! What an album!!!! What a beautiful original jacket on this one!!
