Description

Vintage early mono pressing of The Doors self-titled debut album on Elektra Records (EKL-4007).

Desirable gold Elektra label mono edition with “MONO” printed on both the front and back cover. Includes original Elektra inner sleeve.

Please note this copy does NOT contain the uncensored “she gets high” vocal version of “Break On Through.”

Record Grading: VG
Vinyl shows considerable vintage surface wear and sleeve scuffing but still retains strong original gloss overall. Plays through both sides without skipping during testing. Expect background noise, crackle, and vintage playback wear, but still a solid enjoyable listening copy of this classic psychedelic rock landmark.

Cover shows heavy vintage wear including:
