The Doors - The Doors Original 1967 Elektra US Mono EKL4007 LP with the hard to find Original Elektra Inner Sleeve and light tan big E Elektra Label.It's very hard to find original pressings of this fantastic classic in any sort of condition and this give or take a small flaw or 2 commensurate with a 55 year old record is really nice.(see pictures in close up detail) The sleeve has some ringwear bottom front and a crease on the top rear and mild edgewear.The vinyl itself still retains a good shine though on closer inspection has light dots and marks.During the vast majority of playback there was nothing of much note that could spoil the listeners enjoyment too much.There was some low level background static in places and the odd tick light pop in quiet passages of the End but personally I've heard far worse and it didn't bother me..to summarise this lp is not mint but an all round nice copy that has been pretty well looked after.It maybe sound even better after it's new owners choice of cleaning regime but I leave that up to them.As always any questions are welcome..good luck and thank you for looking in 🙂
